| Once we have received your order we will endeavour to despatch it as quickly as possible subject to processing the order and the relevant credit checks together with the availability of stock. If there is a problem then one of our customer service representatives will contact you.
At Maxxxim, we offer a standard delivery service using Royal Mail, depending on the goods you order, a signature on delivery is usually required, however, if you are not available when an attempt is made to deliver, the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office or your local Business Post depot for you to collect or to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
Although highly unlikely, you may receive your order in a split shipment. If so, there will be no extra shipping cost to you, and you will be advised prior to sending out your first package.
