Our aim is to supply quality garments at a affordable price and if our products does not meet your satisfaction and you wish to return it please do so in an unused condition with the original packaginf with 14days from the date specified on the return slip.
How to make a Refund
Once you have received the parcel check for the following-

2. Return Slip
3. Promotional Leaflet with Discount Code.

Check the items with the Order Copy. If there is anything missing which is very unlikely or if there is anything which you have not ordered, inform us immediately using the Contact Us form from the Website.
Try on the garments without cutting the Swing Tags before trying them on the items, please insure that you are not wearing any makeup or perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We are unable to make a refund if the instructions are not followed.
If you are unhappy with the garments and want to return it. Repack it in the transparent inner bags & then into a the outer cover.
Fill out the return slip stating your orderno, Items returned & the reason for return.

Since we try to keep the prices as low as possible we are unable to pay for the returns. We would advise to post returns by a Signed for service so that you can reffer to the tracking number which you can reffer to us if you are writing to enquiring about your refund.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the items you have returned we will process it within 2/3 days and make a refund which might take another 4/5 days to show in your statement.
We cannot make a refund of the delivery charge. We will only do so if you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
If you want a replacement or a exchange please specify in the same return slip. We try to make a replacement/exchange within 2/3 days from the receive of the parcel in our warehouse. Once it is proccessed it will be delivered to you by Royal Mail Signed for service in a similar manner.
If we are unable to make a replacement/exchange we will email you explaining the reason & will make a arrangment for refund.
